LIDW: Shaping the Future: The Growing Impact of Net-Zero in Arbitration

Date and Time

 5 June, 9.00am - 10.30am

Venue

39 Essex Chambers, 81 Chancery Lane, WC2A 1DD

The Event

As arbitrations increasingly involve the energy sector, renewables and other disputes concerning Net Zero related matters, and as stakeholders and players in arbitration increasingly find themselves grappling with the need to reduce carbon emissions.

Whether Net Zero related matters should – or even can be – siloed as standalone considerations or whether they in fact form part of every lawyer’s work when advising on any matter.

39 Essex Chambers’ barristers Richard wilmot-smith KC and Camilla ter Haar will be joined by Marie Berard and Eliana Tornese to examine the future of arbitration and how we can best equip ourselves to ensure we are ready.
