Venue
39 Essex Chambers, 81 Chancery Lane, WC2A 1DD
The Event
The Lady Chief Justice recently gave a significant speech on Mediation after the Singapore Convention, in which she called for the establishment of a London Dispute Resolution Committee to make recommendations on how best we can provide a holistic approach to international mediation, arbitration and litigation.
This session will discuss how this could work in practice, with a mix of mediation, arbitration and litigation perspectives. Followed by a selection of sandwiches to continue the discussion, hosted by 39 Essex Chambers.
