Our barristers advise and represent parties involved in safeguarding claims, including those involving abuse and safeguarding of children in sport. We have a dedicated group of barristers who offer specialist knowledge in this evolving area.

Our barristers act for domestic and international sports governing bodies, players, clubs, educational institutions, defence organisations, insurers and policyholders.
Where Our Barristers Act
Our barristers undertake the most demanding and complex cases involving children in the High Court and the Court of Appeal. As well as court proceedings, our barristers also participate in public and independent inquiries in this area.
