Where Our Barristers Act
Our barristers regularly appear and advise on human rights issues in judicial review proceedings before the Administrative Court and a range of other courts and tribunals, including the High Court, the Court of Protection, the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, and the European Court of Human Rights.
