Karen Gough awarded the Legal Education Certificate for the Commonwealth Caribbean

Karen completed the Council of Legal Education’s Six-Month Programme last month at the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica. In the Commonwealth Caribbean, the Legal Education Certificate is a professional certification to a person who has completed a course of study and training at a law school established by the Council of Legal Education.

As an LEC holder, Karen is now entitled to be admitted to practise law in any country or territory which is a signature to the agreement including Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, British Honduras, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Christopher Nevis-Anguilla, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent, and Trinidad and Tobago.
