39 Essex Chambers and the Singapore Management University (Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy) are delighted to co-host an event on reforms to the Arbitration Act 1996.

Moderated by Grace Cheng, this in-person event will have presentations from Vivek Kapoor, Philippe Khun and Hannah Fry from 39 Essex Chambers, as well as Rachel Tan from Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy.

Our panellists will draw on their cross-border experience in discussing proposed amendments to the legislation from an international perspective. The evening will conclude with a networking and social event as we head to Baranis where attendees will be able to continue discussions of arbitration topics over drinks, food, and a game of Petanque.
