Robert Spano – Partner at Gibson Dunn and Former President of the European Court of Human Rights – talked about the European Court of Human Rights’ decision in Verein Klimaseniorinnen Schweiz and Others v Switzerland, Carême v France, and Duarte Agostinho and Others v Portugal and 32 Others
Nigel Pleming KC – Senior Fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) and chair of the Core Group supporting BICCL’s project on Corporate Climate Litigation – talked about the launch of the Global Toolbox on Corporate Climate Litigation
