Sir Gary Hickinbottom and Grace Cheng appointed to the British Horseracing Authority’s Independent Judicial Panel

Sir Gary Hickinbottom and Grace Cheng have been appointed to the British Horseracing Authority’s (BHA) Independent Judicial Panel. Sir Gary Hickinbottom is on the Appeal Board whilst Grace Cheng has been appointed as a Specialist Member of the Panel.

The BHA Judicial Panel was established to hear all cases or appeals referred to it in connection with the Rules of Racing. It is an independent body which encompasses the Disciplinary Panel, Appeal Board and Licensing Committee.
