Rebecca Drake victorious in claim concerning world’s largest private collection of Russian Art

Rebecca Drake acted for the property group A2 Dominion in a 6 day trial where what is believed to be the world’s largest private collection of Russian Art was damaged by a flood.

A2 Dominion were successfully granted an indemnity against the contractor who carried out the building works to the property in question. The matter concerned interesting questions of interpretation of contractual indemnities and of covenants under a lease.
