Prime Minister’s Decision To Prorogue Parliament Ruled Unlawful

The Supreme Court has unanimously held (11-0) that Boris Johnson’s decision to advise Her Majesty to prorogue Parliament for five weeks was unlawful.



Deok Joo Rhee QC and Catherine Dobson acted on behalf Baroness Chakrabarti, the Shadow Attorney General.
