Lloyd’s Bank / HBOS Review – Sir David Foskett appointed to chair independent panel

It has been announced today that Sir David Foskett has been appointed to chair the independent panel which will re-assess direct and consequential losses suffered by victims of the fraud at HBOS Reading, in line with the recommendations in the Cranston Review led by Sir Ross Cranston. He is joined on the panel in her personal capacity by Philippa Hill, Partner in the Forensic & Investigation Services division of Grant Thornton, and Andrew Hildebrand, a solicitor who is an independent mediator, arbitrator and adjudicator.
