Katie Scott and Judith Ayling appear in the Supreme Court in Henderson v Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust today

The Supreme Court is concluding the hearing of Henderson v Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust today.  It is concerned with the approach the court should take to the illegality defence in a claim for medical negligence. Katie Scott, led by Nicholas Bowen QC, is acting for the Claimant/Appellant, and Judith Ayling, led by Angus Moon QC, is acting for the Defendant/Respondent.
