High Court refuses to grant disbarred barrister rights of audience having invited submissions from the Law Society and the Bar Standards Board

A disbarred barrister acting with solicitors as a “post box” sought to represent a claimant in proceedings in the Administrative Court.  His application was refused by Mr Justice Fordham having invited and considered submissions from the Law Society and the Bar Standards Boards, the barrister and the parties.
