39 Essex Barristers appointed to The List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates

39 Essex Barristers Katherine Barnes and Daniel Laking have been appointed to The List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates.

The Health and Safety Executive has announced the appointment of new counsel to the List following approval by the Attorney General. We are pleased to announce that Katherine Barnes and Daniel Laking have both been appointed to the B List.

The panel’s barristers undertake specialist regulatory work for the HSE, Environment Agency, Office of Rail and Road, Natural Resources Wales, the Care Quality Commission and the Office for Product Safety & Standards.

The panel will support the organisations’ advisory, regulatory and enforcement work across a range of areas. The appointments consolidate 39 Essex’s reputation in the fields of regulatory, environmental and health and safety work.
