Three members of Chambers have been appointed to sit as Judges of the Court of Protection

Chambers is delighted to announce that within the past 12 months, three of our members have been appointed to sit as Judges of the Court of Protection. Francesca Gardner, Eliza Sharron and Arianna Kelly have all been nominated by the President of the Family Division to sit in the Court of Protection.

Francesca, who sits as a Deputy District Judge will hear cases on the North Eastern Circuit and London.

Eliza, who sits as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal (Mental Health), will hear cases on the Midlands Circuit and London.

Arianna, who sits as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal (Mental Health), sits on cases in First Avenue House in London.
