CQC updates its market oversight guidance following successful challenge
The CQC has updated its market oversight guidance after Fenella Morris QC and Jack Anderson, instructed by Browne Jacobson, brought a claim for judicial review on the grounds that the CQC had unlawfully attempted to use new guidance to lower the threshold for notification of likely business failure.
