Karen Gough and Swee Im Tan were delighted to take part in the first online, day-long conference for JAIAC. Karen Gough moderated the panel presentation on adjudication of Construction disputes, and Swee Im Tan was a panellist on the same panel.
The Jamaica International Arbitration Centre Limited (JAIAC)’s online conference “Dispute Management in a New World” was a resounding success. The event was oversubscribed, with over 800 local and international registrants across Zoom and via Youtube Live streaming, from multiple jurisdictions, sectors and industries. On the day, 692 persons logged on to the proceedings.
