Four members of 39 Essex Chambers successful in 2019 QC appointments

39 Essex Chambers is delighted to announce that James Todd, David Brynmor Thomas, Rory Dunlop and Victoria Butler-Cole have been appointed Queen’s Counsel in the 2018 competition.

The successful barristers’ expertise spans a range of practice areas with James Todd specialising in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury law; David Brynmor Thomas’ practice encompassing Construction, Commercial and International Arbitration; Rory Dunlop’s expertise covering Administrative & Public, Professional Discipline, Immigration, Data Protection & Information, Education, Human Rights & Civil Liberties and Health Law and Victoria Butler-Cole’s practice combining Administrative & Public, Court of Protection and Regulatory & Discipline Law.

They will officially be awarded their silk status in a ceremony at the Palace of Westminster on Monday 11th March.
