Infected Blood Inquiry: Representation of Core Participants

Eleanor Grey QC (along with Catherine Dobson) is representing the Department of Health and Social Care in the Infected Blood Inquiry. Charlie Cory-Wright QC is representing NHS Blood & Transport, the national blood transfusion service for England.   They both gave opening statements at the Infected Blood Inquiry’s preliminary hearings at Church House held on 24-26 September. They each made it clear that their respective client bodies welcome the Inquiry, and will co-operate fully and transparently with it.
