Jenni Richards QC acts for the claimants in landmark case against Bristol City Council over SEND funding cuts

25th July 2018

Jenni Richards QC is acting for a mother and two children who are taking Bristol City Council to court over its £5million cuts to special needs funding.

This is the first case of its kind in England.

Jenni is leading Stephen Broach (Monckton Chambers) and is instructed for the claimants by Simpson Millar partner, Dan Rosenberg.

In October Jenni will also be representing various children and their parents who are bringing a similar judicial review claim against Surrey County Council over its cuts to SEND funding.
