Strike off by SDT upheld on appeal

Andrew Tabachnik QC acted for the SRA in defending before the Divisional Court [Lindblom LJ and Males J] disciplinary findings against a solicitor, and an order for strike off, following a 5 day trial.
The allegations included dishonesty, as well as remunerating another struck off solicitor in connection with practice.
The Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the strike off.
