Ben Olbourne to act as ‘facilitator’ at the Australian Arbitration Week: Young ICCA Workshop

Ben Olbourne will be one of five facilitators at the Australian Arbitration Week: Young ICCA Workshop, which will take place in Perth on Wednesday 22nd November 2017.
The seminar is hosted by Young ICCA in co-operation with CIArb Young Members and ICC YAF, and with the kind support of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).
The topic of this year’s workshop, which will be led by an international faculty of highly experienced younger arbitration practitioners, is “Constructing a Case: Fact Finding in International Energy & Resources Arbitration”.
