Yorkshire Ripper declared well enough to return to prison

Benjamin Tankel represented the Ministry of Justice in the First Tier Tribunal.
The Tribunal decided that Peter Sutcliffe, who was convicted of 13 counts of murder and 7 of attempted murder in the 1970s and 80s, no longer needs hospital treatment and is well enough to return to prison.
