Jenni Richards QC and Benjamin Tankel instructed to challenge new junior doctors contract imposed by Jeremy Hunt

Jenni Richards QC and Benjamin Tankel are instructed by Justice for Health Ltd, a group of junior doctors, to challenge the decision of Jeremy Hunt, Secretary of State for Health, to impose a controversial new contract on 54,000 junior doctors.
Justice for Health sent its letter before claim today, contending that the decision was beyond his power, unfair, and irrational.
