Our members have appeared in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and County Courts on all aspects of Property Litigation.

The team also draws on the strength of Chambers in public, environmental, planning, infrastructure and construction law to provide comprehensive advice in all areas of property and real estate law.

Members of the team regularly appear in leading cases in the Supreme Court (and previously in the House of Lords), Court of Appeal, and High Court as well as undertaking public inquiry, Crown Court and magistrates’ court work. Other appearances include before the European Court of Justice; European Court of First Instance; the Privy Council and the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal and courts in the Caribbean.
