Victoria Hutton acts in challenge to Stonehenge Tunnel DCO

Victoria Hutton has been instructed by Leigh Day on behalf of Save Stonehenge World Heritage Site together with David Wolfe Q.C. The Secretary of State granted consent for a tunnel project under Stonehenge on 12 November 2020 contrary to the advice of a panel of 5 Planning Inspectors (the Examining Authority) whose report concluded there would be substantial harm caused to the World Heritage Site by the scheme.
