Suspended GP not entitled to suspension payments after resigning from partnership

Sandles v NHS Litigation Authority [2022] EWHC 1582 (Admin).

The High Court dismissed a judicial review claim seeking to challenge a decision of the Primary Care Appeals who upheld an earlier decision by NHS England that a GP was not entitled to suspension payments after his retirement from the partnership.
