Sian Davies and Edmund Townsend join 39 Essex Chambers

39 Essex Chambers is delighted to announce Sian Davies and Edmund Townsend have joined chambers.

Sian arrives from Cornerstone Barristers and specialises in a full range of public law matters including adult social service, children services, housing, immigration & asylum, EU law and Court of Protection. Sian was called to the bar in 1999.

Edmund, who was called to the bar in 2006, joins us from Farrar’s Building and undertakes work for both Claimants and Defendants across the spectrum of Chambers’ practice areas but specialises in personal injury and insurance.
