Leading Junior Thomas Horton Joins 39 Essex Chambers

We are delighted to announce that Thomas Horton has joined 39 Essex Chambers, further strengthening our sports and commercial practices.

Thomas has over 10 years of experience specialising in commercial, insolvency, property and regulatory disputes, with particular strength in contentious and regulatory sports matters.

He regularly represents and advises clubs, athletes, intermediaries, and participants, including in proceedings before sports’ governing bodies and in specialist arbitration, such as FA Rule K arbitrations.

Thomas sits on a number of specialist sports law panels including Sport Resolution and UEFA.
