We are delighted to announce that 39 Essex Chambers’ barrister Jonathan Bellamy has been appointed Chair of Prem Rugby’s Financial Monitoring Panel.
The independent expert panel is tasked with monitoring and implementing Prem Rugby’s Financial Monitoring Regulations and financial fair play in the league.
