High Court Hands Down Judgment Following Second Dieselgate Costs Management Hearing

On 10 September 2025 the High Court (Mrs Justice Cockerill sitting with Senior Costs Judge Rowley) handed down judgment in Various Claimants v Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Others [2025] EWHC 2307 (KB) following a costs management hearing which took place in July 2025.
The judgment sets the costs budgets for the next phase of the Pan-NOx group litigation, one of The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2025.
