39 Essex Chambers’ Gethin Thomas appointed as Chair of Saundersfoot Harbour Revision Order Inquiry

The Welsh Government has announced that a public inquiry will be held into an application made by the Saundersfoot Harbour Authority for a proposed harbour revision order. 39 Essex Chambers’ barrister Gethin Thomas has been appointed by the Welsh Government as the Chair of the inquiry. The inquiry will be heard in early 2026.
The pre-inquiry meeting is due to be held on 10 November 2025.
