What Our Barristers Do

We act across the entire range of cladding and other building defects disputes. We advise on and act in disputes involving defects arising from defective designs, materials deficiencies, problems with specifications, poor workmanship and other factors. Our barristers act in matters concerning landmark construction projects, major infrastructure, industrial sites, offices, commercial developments, schools, hotels, hospitals, residential developments, retail units and others.

We act for employers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, specifiers, designers and other parties involved in building defects disputes.
