What Our Barristers Do
Our barristers act in the full range of road traffic accidents, including two-vehicle and multiple vehicle crashes, cases involving fraud or with a foreign element, and cases involving the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) and road traffic insurance law.
We also act in claims involving children and pedestrians injured by vehicles.
Many of our junior barristers appear in fast track claims, with more senior barristers appearing in more complex cases.
