What Our Mediators Do

Our mediators act in a broad range of disputes, including commercial disputes, construction, sports law, tax disputes, costs disputes, community disputes, special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) matters, community care, planning law, and disputes under the remit of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Our mediators act in disputes at every level of complexity and financial value.

Our barristers also act as counsel in mediations in all of our practice areas.

In addition, our mediators act in conciliations, facilitations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Who Our Mediators Act For

Our mediators are appointed by parties in the full range of disputes set out above.

Many of our mediators are appointed to panels of other mediation providers, such as the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), Sport Resolutions, RICS, and the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR).

Where Our Mediators Act

Our barristers act in disputes in the UK and internationally, including disputes in the Middle East, Africa, Australasia, Belize, Bermuda, Cayman, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, the Caribbean and the USA.

Our barristers are also adept with mediating on a video platform.
