What Our Barristers Do
Our public international law barristers advise and represent clients on issues across the whole range of public international law.
This includes inter-state disputes, investment protection treaty matters, international human rights law, international criminal law, international treaty regimes, and the application of international law in domestic law. Our public international law barristers and members of chambers also act as counsel and arbitrators in investor-state arbitrations under a variety of rules, including ICSID, UNCITRAL and SCC.
