What Our Barristers Do

In urgent cases, we provide 24-hour advice and representation.

We have expertise in all aspects of the law relating to pharmacy, including advising on new pharmaceutical products and advising pharmacies seeking to open either on their own or within health action zones.

Who Our Barristers Act For

We act for regulators such as the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence

and the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority, the Department of Health, the NHS and private sector hospitals, care homes and other healthcare providers.

We act for patients and those requiring representation through the Official Solicitor.
