What Our Barristers Do

Our barristers act in all areas of employment law, including unfair and wrongful dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, parental leave, equal pay, TUPE, trade unions, unlawful deductions from wages, Working Time Regulations, holiday pay, restraint of trade and internal employment policies and procedures.

We also advise on post-termination contractual matters, including disputes over garden leave, restrictive covenants and compromise agreements.

Our barristers act for both claimants and defendants from all areas of industry. Our private client instructions come from high-profile city firms, a range of employment consultants and private companies.

Our public sector clients include NHS trusts, local authorities and government departments.

Where Our Barristers Act

Our barristers represent clients in all tribunals and courts: the Employment Tribunal (ET), the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT), the County Court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
