We act in complex contractual disputes, high value property damage claims and claims concerning contractors’ liability and professional negligence.

We frequently advise on potential civil and criminal liabilities, regulatory matters, health and safety prosecutions and anti-social behaviour injunctions connected to arson and other fire-related risk. We have a wealth of experience in acting in inquests and inquiries.
