Our barristers possess a wealth of experience in fire and fire safety disputes in construction and insurance. Our work ranges from complex multi-party claims about non-compliance with the Building Regulations, breaches of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and cladding to advising on defective fire safety measures in building design and procured infrastructure.
