Africa Construction Law Conference 2024

39 Essex Chambers is pleased to be sponsoring the upcoming Africa Construction Law Conference 2024 from 3-4 June 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya.

The conference this year will focus on building resilience in Africa’s construction sector. 39 Essex Chambers member Anthony Edwards will be speaking on the panel, 'Dispute resolution and risk management in Africa's construction sector'. The session will focus on the main sources and types of disputes and risks in Africa's construction sector; the advantages and disadvantages of different dispute resolution mechanisms; and how innovative and collaborative approaches can be used.
