David’s practice spans employment, public and defamation, privacy & information law. His advocacy is split between trial and appellate work. He is appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Council’s B panel and was on the Attorney General’s A panel of junior civil counsel until 2021. In his data protection practice, David advises in respect of regulatory matters involving the ICO and acts in private claims in the civil courts and public law claims in the Administrative Court.
