Caroline acts for both paying and receiving parties in all aspects of costs litigation arising out of clinical negligence, personal injury and commercial claims. She regularly appears before the Regional Costs bench, in the SCCO and on appeal. She has considerable experience of solicitor/own client disputes acting for solicitors and clients in cases involving conduct issues as litigation as this area continues to grow.
Caroline acts for claimants and defendants across the full spectrum of personal injury litigation with a particular emphasis on credit hire. She regularly appears on behalf of claimants in high-value, technically complex credit hire claims both at the interlocutory stage and at trial.
