Caroline Hall and Emily Formby QC take the time to have a discussion about helmets – particularly bike helmets – and what they can and cannot do.  Often a topic of heated debate, they take a cool look at the legal controverses of helmet wearing and consider the extent to which failing to wear a helmet puts a cyclist (or other road user) at risk of contributory negligence in an accident.
