Karishma Vora joins London Metal Exchange's (LME) Arbitration Panel

Chambers is delighted to announce that Karishma Vora will be joining the prestigious arbitration panel of the London Metal Exchange (LME).

Karishma is an experienced arbitrator and counsel qualified in three jurisdictions - England & Wales, DIFC Dubai and India. She has significant expertise in metals arbitrations and has worked on its full life-cycle of disputes from mining, trading and supply of raw materials, distribution and application in industry. Her previous work as counsel in an LME arbitration concerning nickel contracts became a Lloyd’s reported judgment see Uttam Galva Steels Ltd v Gunvor Singapore Pte Ltd [2018] 2 Lloyd’s Rep 152.

Karishma is also empanelled with the LCIA, ICC, MCIA and serves on the advisory board of FICCI’s arbitration arm, the ICA.
