39 Essex Chamber’s Vivek Kapoor awarded International Lawyer of the Year 2023

Vivek Kapoor of 39 Essex Chambers has been awarded International Lawyer of the Year 2023 by the Indian National Bar Association. The award was announced on the occasion of India’s 74th Constitution Day on 26 November 2023 in New Delhi. 
 
Vivek is an experienced barrister, advocate and arbitrator with a practice that spans international arbitration and litigation in England & Wales, India, Dubai International Financial Centre, and Abu Dhabi Global Market. He acts in commercial, construction, and investor-state disputes arising from energy, natural resources, infrastructure and construction, and banking and finance sectors in India, Middle East, Africa and East Asia.
