This highly practical workshop is designed for junior solicitors (under 7 years’ PQE).

What will the workshop cover?

It will look at the issues facing any legal team dealing with a fraud (or similar) claim.

In one hour, 39 Essex Chambers will share tips and practical suggestions as to how to win at fraud: whichever side you are on.
