About the event

A panel discussion on some of the issues raised by this year’s Vis Moot Problem. This event will open the London Pre-Moot, being held on 24/25 February at the IDRC.

With contributions from  Jonathan Wood, Edwin Glasgow CBE KC, Prof. Denis Mouralis, Frederico Singarajah and Grace Cheng, the  event will be moderated by Peter Ashford.

The topics under consideration this year include NOM clauses, amendment and consolidation, and contractual performance in authorised push payment fraud.
