Richard Wald appointed Queen's Counsel

39 Essex Chambers is delighted to announce that Richard Wald has been appointed Queen's Counsel in the 2019 competition.

Richard is an environmental, planning and public law specialist.

He will officially be awarded his silk status in a ceremony at the Palace of Westminster on Monday 16th March 2020.

Richard's appointment will bring the total number of silks at 39 Essex Chambers to 48.
