Caroline focuses on costs and personal injury work. She also has considerable experience of credit hire litigation. She represents both claimants and defendants in County Court and High Court actions and in the Senior Courts Costs Office.

Caroline acts for both paying and receiving parties in all aspects of costs litigation arising out of clinical negligence, personal injury and commercial claims. She regularly appears before the Regional Costs bench, in the SCCO and on appeal. She has considerable experience of solicitor/own client disputes acting for solicitors and clients in cases involving conduct issues as litigation is this area continues to grow.
Personal Injury
Caroline acts for claimants and defendants across the full spectrum of personal injury litigation with a particular emphasis on credit hire. She regularly appears on behalf of claimants in high-value, technically complex credit hire claims both at the interlocutory stage and at trial.
