Marion Smith QC to join Fox Williams Pre-Moot Panel Debate

Hosted by the Fox Williams International Arbitration Group on the 28th February, Marion Smith QC will join the panel alongside the Rt. Hon. Dame Elizabeth Gloster DBE and Professor Denis Mouralis.

Chaired by Peter Ashford of Fox Williams, the panel will debate two 'hot topics' in international arbitration:

• asymmetric disputes clauses
• whether the power exists to disqualify an expert

The debate is to mark the opening of the 5th Fox Williams Pre-Moot in preparation for the 27th Vis Moot in Vienna.
